Mama Chef
MamaChef started her culinary career working the line in some of the city’s best food establishments. She is now a freelance food writer and recipe developer. But, above all else, she is a mother.
Since immigrating to the States with her family at the age of three, Mama Chef has been living and eating her way through New York’s most finger licking neighborhoods. She’s always been obsessed with finding and preparing great cheap eats, but with her newly acquired role as a mommy, this obsession has perhaps escalated to the next level. Amidst the magical hike in expenses brought forth by her little munchkin, MamaChef has had to seriously improvise in the kitchen to maintain the quality of food she’s used to. She writes the column, Cheap Chow as well as other great articles for Bromography.
You can also check out the recipes and food finds inspired by her crazy adventures in motherhood on her own blog, Inga’s Indulgence.
