Free Spirit Eater is a native New Yorker residing in New Jersey. She is a passionate, freelance food writer and photographer who graduated from culinary school in New York City. She has interned at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s NYC hot spot, Spice Market and the historic Elka Park Club House in the Catskill Mountains. Her experience in various cuisine ranges from South East Asian Fusion, German, and contemporary comfort food. She writes her own blog site FreeSpiritEater.com, providing original written work and photography. Kym’s love for cuisine is shown through her work, rebelling against mediocre meals, and never settling for anything less than delicious.
