Tasting All-Clad’s Chef Tour
Last weekend, the Bromography team was very busy attending food events all around the NYC area. Everything from the Food Network Wine & Food Festival to Brooklyn’s Annual Chili Pepper Festival was on the agenda. I am very happy to say that we made time to stop by All-Clad’s Chef Tour at the Huntington Bloomingdale’s with Chef James Kent of Eleven Madison Park.
Chef James Kent and his team served up delectable bites of Veal Cheeks with Apples. The incredibly tender veal cheeks rested on a parsnip apple puree, and were topped with a wedge of sweet pickled apple and a thin slice of crisp sous vide apple. Chef Kent’s demonstrations with All-Clad’s newest stainless steel products and an impressive sous vide machine were definitely inspiring to the home chefs taking it all in. It is no surprise that Eleven Madison Park has been ranked as one of the World’s Best 50 Restaurants. (The Bromography team is planning a team lunch there soon!)
A good time was had by all. Chef Kent and his team were as darling as their food was delicious, and the All-Clad girls were great fun. I can’t wait to try out the All-Clad pan which the Bromography team and its VIP‘s received as gifts. Be sure to stop by if the All-Clad Chef’s Tour visits your area. Check out Free Spirit Eater‘s photos of the event here!
