Hola de la isla de Puerto Rico!

This spot is bordering on dive BUT the staff is very nice (which makes the slow service almost forgivable) and the food is actually better than most.  And one of the first restaurants I came across that had something on their authentic Puerto Rican menu that wasn’t fried.  It’s on a main street in Condado, not too far from Viejo San Juan.  Great for groups.
