  2. 2 BILLION? Are you sure that’s not a typo? Do you have any idea how hard it is to find decent bacon here? Ham, now that’s another story…. I can buy over 40 different types of wonderful, dry-cure ham but bacon? I quess it’s legs over bellies on this side of the pond.

    • Actually, I love British bacon. Quantity does not necessarily relate to quality. Really good bacon can be hard to find. Frankly, pork is popular in general. (Although, I must confess that the US is big on bellies. ;) )
