Happy Potato Day!

August 19th is National Potato Day!

The potato originated in the Andes mountains of South America, but has gone on to conquer the world.  It is the fourth largest food crop with varieties eaten almost everywhere.  Today, China is the large producer of the potatoes.  They are prepared in almost every conceivable way.  Take a little time to celebrate with some of the delicious suggestions below!
