National Cheesecake Day

July 30th is National Cheesecake Day!

I am not sure why cheesecake only gets a single day.  It may be that people like myself, would end up quite a bit heavier if the celebration lasted much longer.  While looking for recipes to celebrate this food holiday, I found enough  to make a different cheesecake for every day of the year.  In the spirit of moderation, I have only listed three yummy recipes below.
