Name Your Price

Lentil as Anything is a chain of four vegetarian restaurants celebrating its ten year anniversary.  The chain serves over 1500 meals per day, and has employed as many as 400 staff at a time.  Ten years is a significant milestone in the tough restaurant business, but for Lentil as Anything this anniversary is even more significant.     The menus at all four locations have no prices.  Patrons are allowed to pay any amount they choose, including nothing. (Similar to Karma Kitchen in California and Washington, D.C.)  The success of Lentil as Anything has garnered a lot of attention including a documentary and even a tv series (available online).
