NYC Restaurant Week 2010

July 12 thru July 25th is Restaurant Week in New York City! (Saturday’s & Sunday’s are not included.)

Over 275 restaurants in New York City will participate in this year’s event.  The nineteen year old celebrations allows diners to sample lunch or dinner  offerings—three-course, prix-fixe meals for $24.07 and $35, respectively.  It is a wonderful opportunity to try some the city’s more expensive restaurants at an affordable price.

The celebration began in 1992 to welcome the delegates of the DC convention held in the city that year.  (The prix fixe was only $19.92 back then!)  This year has the highest number of participating restaurants ever and includes a broad spectrum of cuisine.  There is even a Restaurant Week food truck offering street food.  Take advantage of this great opportunity and make a reservation at a participating restaurant today!
