Chez Lola

If you are in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, and in the mood for a really good burger, try Chez Lola, it is a Bistro without Borders.

I am a big fan of the beef burger with goat cheese with a half order of shoe-string french fries and a half order of onion rings. It also comes with, here’s the best part, a big portion of pickles!  They marinate their own pickles in  a way that makes me think that they should bottle it!

I’ve tried other burger spots through out NYC with my friends, and we think that Chez Lola is one of the best.  I don’t know what they do to those fried onions, but I have yet to leave one on the plate.    They do not have an extensive menu, but everything has always been good.  Burgers run about $10 with fries/onion rings and pickles.  Check out their website for their schedule.  They even have live music and an outdoor area.
